Where is your studio located?
Currently I am maintaining a pottery studio in Bellingham, Washington.

Where can I see your artwork in person?
I show my work at various craft fairs throughout the year. For information on upcoming craft shows I will participate in, please see my craft fairs page.

What is the difference between pieces available now and made to order pieces?
All of my pieces are individually hand crafted. Pieces which are available now are pieces which I have completed and are ready to be sold. Made to order pieces willl need to be recreated and will take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. When you place an order for a piece that is not currently avaliable, I will try and create a piece close to the image and dimensions listed online. For cutom orders, different sizes, shapes, and other customizations, please feel free to contact me

What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments for online orders are handled by PayPal. You can pay for an order using your PayPal account, or with any major credit card (no PayPal account needed). If you would like to discuss other payment options, please feel free to contact me.

How long will it take to make the pieces I have ordered?
Each piece is hand made. This process takes 6-8 weeks, therefore you can expect your order to be shipped approximately 6-8 weeks after it is received. For more details about how these hand crafted pieces are made, please see The Process.
Occasionally I may have some pieces available to ship immediately. You can view and order these pieces on the Available Pieces page.

Can I access an order I previously placed?
Yes. To access an order you previously placed visit the Order Details page. You will need your order number and the email address and (shipping) zipcode you used when placing the order. You can also print a graphical receipt from this page.

What shipping method is used?
I currently ship orders using FedEx Ground. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Shipping generally takes from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

How are shipping charges calculated?
I take extra care to ensure your pieces will arrive to you safely. Each shipment has a base price of $20.00, plus $5.00 per piece. If you place an order which has both pieces available now, as well as pieces I will need to make, you can choose to have all items shipped together or choose to have the available pieces shipped immediately, and the remaining pieces shipped once they are completed. If you choose to have multiple shipments, there will be an additional $20.00 charged.
Example: An order has three pieces, two available now and one that needs to be made to order.
If you decide to have multiple shipments, the shipping charge for this order would be
($20.00 + $10.00)First Shipment + ($20.00 + $5.00)Second Shipment = $55.00If you decide to have a single shipment, the shipping charge for this order would be
($20.00 + $15.00)Single Shipment = $35.00

What information is collected and how is it used?
As web payments are handled by PayPal, I do not see your credit card or billing information when placing an order through the web site. The only personal information I store is information related to your order including your name, shipping address, and email. This information is only used to complete your order. I never give out or sell any information.
